Order Processing
Rx Vitamins products are shipped via FedEx or USPS within 24 hours of receipt of your order, unless otherwise noted.
We do not back order or short ship products unless otherwise noted.

Continental U.S. Shipping
For orders shipped within the Continental United States, the following rates apply:
Orders under $300
Shipping: $10.00
Orders of $300 or above
Shipping: FREE
Free shipping is automatically available on qualifying orders with a subtotal of $300 or more.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
Different shipping rates apply to orders shipped to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR):
Orders under $500
Shipping: $33.00
Orders of $500 or above
Shipping: FREE
Free shipping is automatically available on qualifying orders with a subtotal of $500 or more.

Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery.
Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to Rx Vitamins within 48 hours of receipt.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your order information and details regarding the damage.
